You Are Life.
Remember.
A deeper relationship with yourself,
with others, and with the living world.

The first movement
Where is your attention
right now?
Our attention is so often pulled away from direct experience. Toward what needs doing and fixing. What somebody else needs from us. What the screen wants us to notice next.
And yet there is something alive before the roles you inhabit, before the stories about who you are, and before the pressure to become someone else.
Tune Into Life begins with a simple practice:
tune in to what is here and now.
A world moving around you.
A world moving within you.
A world asking to be noticed.
Can you hear it?

Somatic Literacy
Before you could read, these words would have looked like strange symbols.
You went through the process of learning and now you can understand not only the words but their meaning too.
Learning to 'read' your inner world is the same. Most of us were never taught how to read this inner language
But we can learn to read our inner world as fluently as you are reading this page.
And as we learn to read our inner world we learn to regulate.
But the purpose of becoming regulated is not to spend a lifetime regulating ourselves.
That would be like a guitarist always tuning the guitar rather than playing it.
The purpose of becoming regulated is to become increasingly available for Life.
To play.
To create.
To contribute.
To receive pleasure.
To change direction.
To feel without drowning.
To rest without disappearing.
To remain yourself in relationship.
To set boundaries without closing your heart.
To meet difficulty and find your way home again.
The deeper aim is to thrive.
A life with enough coherence to move, respond, create, connect and participate.

How can we help you thrive?
Therapy
When something needs more personal depth.
A place to slow down and work carefully with what is happening beneath the surface: trauma, patterns, pain, relationships, nervous-system responses and the parts of life that have become difficult to carry alone.
The aim is is to become increasingly able to inhabit your own life with clarity, capacity and trust.

Academy
When you want to learn the terrain.
Courses and embodied learning experiences for understanding the forces shaping how you feel, relate and live, and developing practical ways to participate in that shaping more consciously.
This is where the frameworks, practices and deeper teaching of Tune Into Life are explored.
Gatherings
When the work needs other people.
Some things can be practised alone. Others come alive through relationship.
Gatherings create spaces for shared practice, conversation, creativity, play and the unexpected qualities that emerge when people turn toward Life together.
The Living Archive
When you want to wander further.
Essays, practices, stories, talks and creative work from the wider territory of Tune Into Life.
Some offer something practical to try. Some explore an idea more deeply. Some may simply leave you seeing something differently.

Let's see what happens when Life leads.
